Our coconut chocolate chip cookie is the answer to years of requests by your customers to sell a gluten-free cookie. We took that long because we wanted to make sure it was nutritional as well as delicious. We could have mixed up some butter and sugar and created a gluten-free cookie, but that is far from our mission to make a real food. So, we mixed together fresh-ground almond butter, coconut oil, coconut flour, dairy-free chocolate chips and eggs to create a cookie that even people without dietary restrictions ask for time and again.
